Irreplaceable

When God made you he made one of a kind, one so fine.

When he set the stars he had you in mind.

I think he modeled the sunrise from your smiling lips

I think he measure the heat of the sun by your kiss.

I see him standing over you clay all formed work of art

I see him taking an angel and turning him into your heart.

Because the moon governs the night

I think he set your beauty to govern daylight.

When God made you I see halting Time like an unturned page

I see him for all eternity not allowing you to age.

You are fair as light morning dew

You are as graceful as a ballerina shoe

Your steps as prefect rain drops on a windless lake

You’re all natural not a hint of fake.

When God made you he thought should you stay in heaven

It took him seven days to make the universe to make you he took eleven

He pours all his wisdom and grace into you made sweet and innocent too.

When God made you he smiled knowing his work was well done

When I saw you I knew you were below none.

Irreplaceable
