Out of adversity creativity is usually born. We have to struggle sometimes, and hit the bottom in our lives for us to have a turn around. So maybe the pain is not so bad because it will bring us into a better place in the end. I sat today listening to Lil Kim’s album “The Naked Truth”; it is her best album to date. “Hardcore”, was off the chain but this new album shows a Lil Kim that has most definitely evolved into a creature all her own. She spits some wicked lyrics that makes you said, “Oh shit that was tight”. It’s as if she was channeling Biggie the word flow like butter off a hot pan. The beats are just simple off the chain. I mean I was at the gym working out and I think I did more dancing to the beats than lifting the weights. Lil Kim even sings on some of the tracks she did aight much better than Britney Spears for sure. The album is truly the best hip hop and one of the best albums this year period. I can smell a Grammy Nomination for this one for sure. She has shown that she is really the Queen Bee and she stung the competition deeply.
So this post is dedicated to a true solider for lyrics, the mistress of the microphone, and the grime ripper of the other rappers “LIL KIM”!
Go out and get the album its FIRE!!!!!!!!

Hmmm Stone! I have been hearing a lot of good things about Lil Kim's CD. I'm normally not much of a listener to rap music, though I do have the stray rap CD. I may have to check her out.
Lil' Kim had to face reality and figured that using sex as her image in rap was very played out...I copped that album too and it was worth my $10
Definitely diggin her album.
